**In order to complete this process you must be enrolled into the Hand Punch clock as a Supervisor

Press CLEAR then ENTER on the clock

Key in your Card ID number and press ENTER

Place your hand on the platen for verification

Upon successful verification you will see a message that reads: ENTER PASSWORD

Press Key: 2

Press ENTER

Press *NO until you get to: Set Time and Date

Note that the clock accepts only a 2 digit year. If you attempt to enter 20xx, it will only get the "20" and will result in a Date Year of "2020"

Press ENTER

Follow the prompts and key in the appropriate time and date

Press ENTER when done

Press CLEAR to exit the setup menu and return to the idle prompt
