Press 3 and 5 simultaneously to reset. Try a few times if error persists. If this does not resolve the issue, reset your clock.


To Reset

Warning - Reset means to Factory Settings (no data is saved or is recoverable and Time Clock firmware application is removed)


Note: Steps 3 ~ 7 are no longer valid - We do not have a Clock Server and we cannot reload the Firmware Application.

  1. Press 1 and Enter simultaneously.
  2. Press in sequence CLEAR, FUNC, 0, FUNC
  3. Phone # is 13606870907
  4. Serial Number is on back of clock (or 123 if it's fastened to the wall)
  5. App ID is 28
  6. Speed is 2
  7. Clock will call our server. Display will show dashes, which will be replaced by asterisks. This shows the progress of the download.
