We'll want to use the RealTime Communications option and in the Call list, select only the Series100 clock - Now close the Call list without calling the clocks


On the menu, select Setup >> ATS Configuration.  


In that window...

1) Tag the option to Update Prompts and enable any prompts you need


2) Tag the option to Update Program and the internal option to "Update Clock Program".


  Set Manager Passcode and Update Date/Time are optional


3) Click Apply - Communications should update the clock application


4) Test for proper function
