This error message will come up sometimes after a Windows update. To get past it, right-click Realtime and select run as administrator. Realtime will prompt you to select the company. When you see the Company Setup window, click Select on the top right corner.
You will only need to run as administrator once, and the error message will not reappear when you start the program again normally.
