WEBCONNECT EMPLOYEE SELF SERVICE LOGIN


WebConnect is the Employee Self Service component of the Sundial RealTime product.  Employees can log in to their own account and perform permitted activities like Punching the Clock, Viewing their time card, Requesting Time-Off and Electronically Signing their Time Sheet.


To access the WebConnect Portal, use your Internet Browser and navigate to

   https://webconnect.sundialtime.com/


Here you will be Prompted for:

  • CompanyNumber
  • Username
  • Password


Your Manager or Supervisor will provide your initial credentials for you


After first login, the company number is automatically remembered by the system.


If you are creating a shortcut to use later, you may find it convenient to include parameters in your URL.  The Parameter List will begin with a Question Mark ( ? ) character after the URL shown above.  Each Parameter is separated from other parameters with an Ampersand ( & ) character.  Parameters use the standard Name=Value format.  Parameters names should be supplied in lower case.  Parameter values (password specifically) should have the appropriate character case needed.  See the examples below:

TROUBLESHOOTING


If you are having trouble logging into Webconnect, please check the following:


  • Credentials - Please double-check that you are entering the correct company number, username, and password. Check to see if your caps lock is on. If you are unsure, please ask your supervisor to double-check that your WebConnect account is enabled, and finally, reset your password.

  • Address -  Please be sure that you entered the correct URL, https://webconnect.sundialtime.com. You may be trying to enter your employee credentials into the Realtime administrative site, https://realtime.sundialtime.com.
