Normally, when your employees are enrolled at one clock, the information is uploaded to the server, which distributes that information to all other clocks.

When this is not so, the first thing to check is to make sure that all clocks are current. Go to Setup > Communications > [clock group], and verify that every clock has the current date and time. If this is not the case, you'll want to reboot the clocks which are not current, then refresh the screen (click away, then back into the clock group) to see whether the clocks are then communicating with the server again. Give the clock a few seconds, and see if your employee(s) can clock in at the affected clock(s).

If the clock(s) continue to have trouble communicating with the server, then you'll want to do some network troubleshooting.

Otherwise, if the clocks are current but your employees do not appear to be enrolled, there might have been some sort of hiccup in the information sharing process. To manually force the employee information down to the clocks, go to the clock group page, and click on Clock Tools.

Select the clock(s) you want to send information down to, then click "Upload All Users" toward the bottom right.

Give the clock(s) a minute or two, and see if the employees are able to clock in.

If you still haven't reached a resolution at this stage, please let us know and we'll do further troubleshooting. Have a great day!
