Dashboard gives you a view of the current status of your employees, including their punch status and hours for the current overtime period.

1. Text Filter


You can quickly find an employee by name or ID by typing in a search string in this box. After you're done with the search, you can clear the filter box by clicking the gray X.


2. Quick Filter


If you've set up a Quick Filter in user settings, you can filter your list of employees down to one Tracking Level item by selecting it from the list. [All] will include everyone, [Unassigned] will only show individuals who haven't been assigned to an item in the Tracking Level.


3. Overtime Warning threshold


You can change the threshold for weekly overtime warning by sliding the bar between 0 and 10 hours.


4. Time Off Request Alerts


You will see any pending Time Off Requests here. Click on "Time-Off Requests" on the left side of the screen to approve or deny the requests.


5. Export Time Cards


Click "Execute" to initiate the payroll export process. (How to export time cards)


6. In/Out Filter


You can filter your list of employees to In, Out, or Both.


7. In/Out


A green dot indicates that the employee is currently clocked in and accumulating worked time. A white dot means that the employee is not currently clocked in.


8. Exception Filter


You can filter your list of employees to "With exception," "Without exception," or Both.


9. Exception


There are no white dots in this column. A red dot indicates that the employee has an exception (usually a missing punch) in their timecard for the current pay period.


10. Overtime


Worked time and overtime eligible hours will be added up and displayed both as a number and a colored bar in this column. A green bar indicates that the employee is not yet earning overtime this week. A yellow bar indicates that the employee has reached the overtime warning threshold. A red bar indicates that the employee is currently earning overtime.
