ADP Export is a CSV (comma separated values) structure with a header and the following elements:


  • Co Code
  • Batch ID
  • File #
  • Employee Name
  • Temp Dept
  • Reg Hours
  • O/T hours
  • Hours 3 Code
  • Hours 3 Amount
  • Earnings 3 Code
  • Earnings 3 Amount
  • Rate Code
  • Temp Rate
  • Job Cost#


Required Entries:

Company Code -> exported in the Co Code column.

Employee Id -> exported in the File # column.


Export Properties:

Include Salary

Setting this option to "No" will prevent Salary Records from being included.  Non Salary Records (punches, hours, and monetary) will be included for Salary personnel.


Send Pay Rate

Setting this option to "No" will prevent the Temp Rate column from being Populated.


Send Employee Name

Setting this option to "No" will eliminate the Employee Name column from the export file.


Use Rate Code

Setting this option to "No" will eliminate the Rate Code column from the export file.
