On March 7, 2017 Mozilla plans to release version 52 which will not have support for NPAPI plug-ins (e.g. Silverlight, Java, ...).
NOTE: Firefox offers continued support for these plugins using the ESR version - See information and links at the bottom of this article.
For WebConnect and DeskPunch, the recommended solution is to use the HTML Version of the Application Component. Optionally, you can use Internet Explorer and Silverlight as shown below.
For Timekeeper, we are recommending that Internet Explorer be used. If your users don't normally use Internet Explorer on their systems, then we recommend providing a Shortcut for the Sundial Products that explicitly executes Internet Explorer and passes the appropriate Web Address to the application as a Parameter. An example of this would be to create a Shortcut and provide a "Target" value similar to these examples.
Timekeeper
"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\Iexplore.exe" https://realtime.sundialtime.com[parameters]
Note: [parameters] are optional parameters to supply company number, username and/or password values
WebConnect
HTML Version (Recommended)

Silverlight Version

Note: [parameters] are optional parameters to supply company number, username and/or password values
