The Attendance Report is a flexible report that can provide information about Absences, Time Off Records, Early and Late transactions and Unscheduled Work.  The report can be used to to provide all of these in a singe report, or just certain elements, depending on your needs.  


The report will use an Employee's Schedule to determine Absences, Unscheduled, and Early/Late transactions.  The Planned Time Off and Unplanned Time Off elements can be used with or without Employee Schedules.

Properties:

  • Group By
    Select a Tracking Level here and the employees in the report will be grouped according to their matching Tracking Level assignment.
  • Page Break on Group
    When Grouping is used, setting this parameter will cause a Page Break between Group Sections.
  • Planned Absence
    Setting this to "Yes" will cause the report to include Missed Work even though the same date has a Holiday or Vacation record.
  • Unplanned Absence
    Setting this to "Yes" will cause the report to include Missed Work unless there is a Holiday or Vacation record on that date
  • Planned Time Off
    Setting this to "Yes" will cause the report to include Paid Time Off records of Holiday and/or Vacation type
  • Unplanned Time Off
    Setting this to "Yes" will cause the report to include all Paid Time Off records that are not Holiday or Vacation types
  • Show Unscheduled
    Setting this to "Yes" will cause the report to show Transactions that occur on dates that the employee is not scheduled to work
    Note: If the Employee is scheduled to work on the day, but at a different time, the report will treat that as Early or Late activity
  • Show Details
    Setting this to "Yes" will cause the report to show a line for each reported item.  Setting it to "No" will cause the report to just include a Summary for each employee
  • Early In Minutes
    Setting a value in this field will cause the report to include data for any transaction that began Earlier than the Scheduled Start Time - the entered value
  • Late In Minutes
    Setting a value in this field will cause the report to include data for any transaction that began Later that the Scheduled Start Time + the entered value
  • Early Out Minutes
    Setting a value in this field will cause the report to include data for any transaction that ended Earlier than the Scheduled End Time - the entered value
  • Late Out Minutes
    Setting a value in this field will cause the report to include data for any transaction that ended Later that the Scheduled End Time + the entered value
