Factory provided a series of options that, together, seems to resolve the Duplicate Punch issue

I don't know what the option "AccessRuleType" does, but I was informed that it's needed for the Duplicate Punch Period setting to work. I'll try to get more information.
The option "USAUserRecheckFunOn" enables and disables the menu item Duplicate Punch Period. The value 0 enables the menu item. The value 1 removes the menu item. The menu item is found in Menu >> System >> Attendance.
The option "RecheckMin" toggles the AlarmReRec value to be treated as seconds or minutes. 0=seconds and 1=minutes
The option "AlarmReRec" accepts a value from 0 to 999999.
