A Version Mismatch may cause Report Printing Issues.  You can force Internet Explorer to re-download the Print Control

NOTE: You will need to Exit from all Internet Explorer windows for this to work

Go to Internet Options in the Control Panel and choose Manage add-ons




Use the Dropdown to Show: "All add-ons", 

"Right Click the Crystal Reports Print Conrol...", 

and Select "more information"




From the More information view, you can Remove


NOTE: Removing may have Errors (mine did), but it removed anyway.  

Then when I re-opened a report and Attempted to Print, it required that I install the PrintControl 

The Install box disappeared and I noticed what appeared to be a screen refresh when I clicked Install, but the Print Dialog did not appear. 

I clicked the Print icon again, this time a UAC dialog appeared so that I could make changes to the system.  Once I provided permissions, the Print Dialog Appeared.


The Print dialog Appeared normally for Subsequent Reports.
