Facial Recognition clocks retain punch data even after it has been successfully delivered to the server.  In order to prevent them from filling all available memory, we need to delete the oldest Punch Records from time to time.

There is a setting that instructs the device to automatically purge the oldest {value} of records when the table reaches capacity.  Normally, capacity for Facial Recognition clocks is set to 100,000 punches.  This can be modified (reduced) if necessary.

To adjust this setting, you can use the Clock Menu, or you can manipulate the  setting remotely.

Note: These instructions also work for Series 400 (SN 6112... / Z10) clocks.
