Realtime is set up to archive any entries prior to the beginning of the previous pay period. To unlock entries beyond that, you can temporarily change the pay period rule to Monthly, make your changes, then change the pay period back.

If you need to change entries beyond the previous month, your PEO reseller or Sundial is able to unlock history for the you. Please contact your PEO or Sundial for assistance.
