To add a Geofence location, go to Timekeeper >> Setup >> Desktop >> Geofences.
Create Geofence
Click Add then create a name for this Geofence location.
In the map screen, enter the GPS coordinates or the address of the location you want to use as the center of your geofence.

You may need to move the dot around the map to get the exact location centered.

Specify Size

Enter the radius in meters around the location where your employees must be to be allowed to punch in. I would advise erring on the side of too big rather than too small, as cell phone geofences aren't always very precise.

Exclusion Zone

You have the option of declaring the Geofence to be an Exclusion Zone.  This works in reverse.  Instead of allowing punches within the fence, you are disallowing punches from within the fence.

Save the geofence, and repeat this procedure as many times as you need locations.

Apply to WebConnect Configuration

Then go to Timekeeper >> Setup >> Desktop >> WebConnect, double-click on the WebConnect configuration you wish to apply to geofence(s). Go to the Security tab, and under Mobility section, put a check mark in each geofence location you want to include.

Geolocation is automatically required for Mobile devices if any Geofences are applied.  You can require Geolocation without using Geofences by simply checking the "Require Geolocation" option.

Note: Require Geolocation, when checked, will also apply to Desktop Users, not just Mobile Devices.
