When configuring a Series 15 time clock to work in your environment, we need to set up the Ethernet and Cloud Server settings.


Begin by accessing the menu and selecting COMM.  Once there, shoose Ethernet to set the clock up in your LAN and choose Cloud Server Settings to adjust the settings needed to reach the server.


By default, we ship the clock with DHCP enabled, and pointing to Google for DNS needs

If your environment needs something else, then you can turn off DHCP and specify your own values for IP Address, Subnet Mask, Gateway and DNS.  Your resulting settings may looks something like the image below.

In some circumstances, you may need to use URL Mode=ON or Enable Proxy Server= ON.  In those situations, speak with your Sundial Technician to ensure that the clock is set up correctly and working as intended.
