UNSIGN THE TIMECARD


Go to Timecard Sign-Offs.


Select the appropriate Pay Period.


Highlight the employee's name on the list. Click Remove signatures.


COLLECT MISSING PUNCHES FROM THE CLOCK


Go to Setup > Communications and double-click the clock group containing the clock(s) where your employee punches in.


Click Clock Tools. Select the clock(s) your employee uses.


In Timestamp, enter the date and time from which you wish to collect your employee's punches. Click Reboot.  Click Set Attendance Log Timestamp.


Any punches still contained in the clock memory from the date specified will be sent should arrive again shortly.
