UNSIGN THE TIMECARD
- Go to Timekeeper >> Timecard Sign-Offs.
- Select the appropriate Pay Period.
- Highlight the employee's name on the list.
- Click Remove signatures.
COLLECT MISSING PUNCHES FROM THE CLOCK
- Go to Timekeeper >> Setup
- Click Clock Groups
- Double-click the clock group containing the clock(s) where your employee punches in.
- Click Clock Tools.
- Select the clock(s) your employee uses.
- In Timestamp, enter the date and time from which you wish to collect your employee's punches.
- Click Reboot.
- Click Set Attendance Log Timestamp.
Any punches still contained in the clock memory from the date specified will be sent should arrive again shortly.
