Either Mode (Backup and Restore)
- Navigate in the clock menu to the IP Address and document the IP Address.
- Now, download this tool

and this tool
http://www.sundialtime.com/support/tools/TemplateBackup.zip - Right-Click and run the ClockToolsSupport installer with Administrative Privilege (Choose Run as Admin)
- Unzip the TemplateBackup Tool to a folder, then open that folder.
- Run TemplateBackup application
Backing Up Templates
Put an easy to locate folder into the Location field - This is where your backup files will be located.
Put the IP Address of the clock in the IP Address field.
Mark the boxes for the Fingerprints and/or Faceprints, as desired.
Click the button for "Backup Templates"
Restoring Templates
Put the location of the folder where your templates are backed up
Put the IP Address of the Destination Clock in the IP Address field
Mark the options for Fingerprints and/or Faceprints, as desired.
Mark the box, if desired, to clear the user table when restoring.
Click the button for "Restore Templates"
