Symptom: When you go to one of our web sites (Timekeeper, Webconnect, Deskpunch, etc.), you get the following message:

(Server Error 403 - Forbidden: Access is denied. You do not have permission to view this director or page using the credentials that you supplied.)

Solution:

You may have bookmarked the page using http: instead of https: (There is an "s" at the end of the correct page preface.).

Go to the address bar on your browser, and enter https:// before the address, e.g., https://timekeeper.sundialtime.com, https://webconnect.sundialtime.com, or https://deskpunch.sundialtime.com/***.

For an explanation, you can read the following page:

HTTPS is the secure version of HTTP. The protocol protects users against eavesdroppers and man-in-the-middle (MitM) attacks.
